Roles open is every role a person in that country can apply for. Name the country is how many of those adverts name that country, or a region of Africa that includes it.

Why no country has fewer than 453

451 roles don't name any country: 252 are open worldwide, 193 across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and 6 across Africa. People in all 54 African countries can apply for those, so every country starts at 451. Togo, The Gambia and Sierra Leone are each named in just 2 more roles, which gives them 453.

If few adverts name your country, those 451 roles are your main list. Read each one first, because a worldwide role can still ask for certain time zones or languages.

What stands out

South Africa is named in 1,186 roles, 45% of the whole catalogue, and two employers, Pavago and Huzzle, posted 309 of them. Nigeria is named in 111 roles, led by Moniepoint with 13 and Reliance Health with 10. Kenya is named in 197, and Pavago posted 74 of those.

These counts are from 1 November 2026 and they change every day, so each country page shows its current number. Applying is free, and nobody should pay for a job.
