Remote job application email builder: ready to copy in a minute

Fill in the boxes and you'll get a subject line and a short email to copy into your own mail. Leave a box empty and its sentence goes away. This site sends nothing.

Everything stays in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else.

Paste the line from the time zone tool.

You can edit this text. Do it last, because changing a box above writes the email again.

What to put in each box

The proof box matters most. Use one thing you did, with a number if you have one. "I answered 900 tickets" says more than "I'm hard working". If you don't have a number yet, use a project you can show, or leave the box empty.

Use the hours box to say when you can work. Our time zone tool gives you a line to paste.

Read the advert first. If it asks for a form instead of an email, use the form. If it asks for one thing to be in the subject line, put it there. You can change anything in the email before you copy it.

Before you send

We can't promise replies, as many employers only write back to those they shortlist. Send it from your own email, attach your CV, and read it once more. Our guide to cover letters for remote jobs goes further. Then find a role, and keep track of it with the application tracker.

How long should an application email be?

Does workafro send the email?
