How to use the result
Look at the missing words. If one is true of you, add it where it belongs, using the advert's own word. If it isn't true, leave it out. An advert that asks for SQL won't be helped by a CV that claims SQL you can't use in an interview.
This is a word count, not an employer's screening result. We can't tell you how any employer reads CVs, and a high count doesn't mean you'll be called.
The tool drops common words such as team and responsibilities, and it counts skill and skills as one word. It shows up to 40 of the advert's most used words.

No, and we can't promise anything about one. It only shows which words appear in the advert and not in your CV.
