The short answer
The employers with the most beginner roles are Huzzle with 140, Pavago with 69, Assist World with 31 and ReWorks Solutions with 22. In all, our list on 1 November 2026 had 528 entry level roles from 108 employers, out of 2,642 remote roles.
Entry level here is our own flag, based on the words in the job title. A title match isn't proof of what the advert asks for, so read each one. Treat this as a snapshot. Roles open and close every week, and the live list is here.
Who posts them
| Employer | Entry level roles |
|---|---|
| Huzzle | 140 |
| Pavago | 69 |
| Assist World | 31 |
| ReWorks Solutions | 22 |
| Hire Hangar | 18 |
| Remote Recruitment | 18 |
| VirtuHire | 17 |
| Hire Overseas | 13 |
| SupportYourApp | 13 |
| division50 | 10 |
| D2B | 9 |
| Outsourcing Advantage | 8 |
Being on this list doesn't mean an employer works with us or endorses us. It only means the role was open that day.
Most of these firms place staff with others
That's the thing to understand here. Going by their own pages, many of the top names are firms that find people for other companies. Huzzle says it's "completely free for candidates" and works with "vetted US & European companies". Pavago calls itself a talent marketplace. Hire Hangar, VirtuHire, ReWorks Solutions and Hire Overseas offer staff to companies.
This isn't a bad thing. It's often how a first remote job happens. But it changes what you need to ask:
- Who will I really work for each day?
- Who pays me, and who signs my contract?
- What happens if the client ends the work?
- Do I pay anything at any point? The answer should be no.

Which countries they name
Only 27 entry level roles are open to all 54 countries. The other 501 name countries, and these counts overlap as one role can name several places.
| Country named | Entry level roles |
|---|---|
| South Africa | 294 |
| Egypt | 65 |
| Morocco | 49 |
| Kenya | 31 |
| Ethiopia | 30 |
| Tunisia | 16 |
| Nigeria | 14 |
| Ghana | 9 |
So a beginner in South Africa has far more to pick from than one in Ghana. If you're in a country with few, the 27 open to everyone matter more. They come from 17 employers, including SKELAR with 4, Careerswift with 3, and Canonical, ClickHouse, Hercules and Secfix with 2 each. Some of those have conditions, such as German for the Secfix sales roles.
The 27 open to all 54 countries
If your country isn't named much, start here. Of these 27, 15 are labelled worldwide and 12 EMEA. Real titles on 1 November 2026 included:
- Customer Support Specialist at SKELAR
- Graduate Software Engineer at Canonical
- HR Associate and Grants Associate at Centre for Effective Altruism
- Recruiting Coordinator at Careerswift
- Finance Compliance Associate at OBRIO
EMEA can still mean a base in Europe, so read the location line. Our guide on EMEA roles from Africa shows how to check.
What kind of work it is
Sales is the biggest group by a long way. 174 of the 226 sales titles are sales or business development representative roles.
| Type | Entry level roles |
|---|---|
| Sales | 226 |
| Admin and assistant | 62 |
| Customer support | 60 |
| Operations | 57 |
| Data and AI | 25 |
If you don't want a sales job, that narrows the list by nearly half. Admin and support may suit you better, and they share a set of skills: clear writing, being on time and using common office tools. Read about virtual assistant jobs and customer support jobs.
How to apply as a beginner
- Filter by your country and entry level.
- Read the full advert on the employer's own page. A title can say entry level when the text wants two years.
- Use our word check to see which words from the advert your CV is missing, and add those that are true of you.
- State your hours and your internet and power in one line. Our CV builder has boxes for this.
- Keep track of what you sent with the application tracker.
Applying is free, and nobody should pay for a job. If someone asks for a fee to place you, walk away. Our guide to entry level remote jobs has more on getting started.
